In the spirit of the holidays, our office is pleased to give back to the community by offering a simplified estate planning option for charitable giving. For a flat fee of $250, we will prepare a simple will naming up to three beneficiaries, with at least one designated charitable organization.
You will meet with our estate planning attorney, Nick Pileggi, to determine whether this initiative is appropriate for your needs and to discuss your legacy goals. The Charitable Will Initiative is intended for uncomplicated distributions and does not include trusts, tax planning, or complex family arrangements. For those matters, please schedule an appointment with our senior attorney, Kara Daley. After meeting with you, Nick will prepare the documents, review them with you, and oversee their formal execution in our office.
We look forward to supporting nonprofits during these challenging times by helping you establish your charitable legacy through a properly drafted, legally valid Will.
